Output 4: Monitoring, evaluation and visibility framework
Activity 4.1 Conduct monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
Monitoring and evaluation of the Project is being done regularly through review of the accomplishments vis-à-vis targets. Generally, the Project progressed in accordance with the plan with minor delays in the hiring process. Evaluations gathered during the implementation is confined to the webinar since most of the activities conducted are either virtual or face-to-face meetings where site visit is impractical.
Activity 4.2 Undertake awareness-raising and visibility activities.
Regarding awareness raising and visibility campaign, the Project has been continuing with the implementation of the Communication and Visibility Plan to highlight the Project in meetings, webinars, website, social media, and news articles (See Annex 35). As mentioned earlier, six articles were posted at the Project website and re-posted simultaneously at the SFFI FB account that has accumulated 3,873 followers as of report writing. Postings in the SFFI FB account include DENR Policy updates and related information for added activity and visibility.
